‘Los “The Mexica Jaguar”

The fifth and most fierce Hero makes his premier in the Oaksan Universe - gifted with the ancient powers of the Gods of the America’s - which include the vast physical skills of the Jaguar, The Mexica warrior prowls the streets of Oakland preying on those that would terrorize others.
Developed in conjunction with the individual who I based the character on Carlos Arias, I dedicate this piece to my close friend, UC Warrior and fellow Oaklander.
This is also PART TWO of the series “War for the Town” covering our hero’s response to the historic crime wave our city of Oakland, California is experiencing. Oakland always fights back!
